Natural sparkling, fine bubbles with intense Muscat aromas
Straw yellow color, natural deposit resulting from fermentation.
Nose : fruity bouquet, intense muscat and notes of mirabelle plums.
Palate : fine bubbles, intense muscat on the palate and a long, saline finish, with nice bitters, a nod to the Spritz.
Muriel’s advice : Sparkling aperitif wine, gougères, four quarters with olives, risotto, crayfish timbale, ham in crust, salted crêpe, mille-feuille, Roquefort.

Vines : mid-slope plot called “Ranck”, south of the village.
Terroir : marl and sandstone. Scree and rocks of pink sandstone from the Vosges, covered with a beautiful deep soil rich in clay.
In the cellar : slow and gentle pressing; first fermentation without adding yeasts; maturing 6 months on lees in stainless steel vats. Bottled at the estate with a natural leaven that causes fermentation, bubbles and deposit.
Degree of alcohol : 13.5 % vol.
