Vines : all young vines planted in 2015, âGuggerebenâ plot meaning âView of the Vinesâ, direct neighbor of the âGoldertâ Grand Cru.
Terroir : marl and limestone. Composed of clay deposits associated with oolitic limestone pebbles of marine origin.
In the cellar : Whole grapes gently macerated for 10 days. Devatting and end of fermentation in stainless steel vats. Then racking and placing in Burgundy barrels. To avoid pronouncing the woody notes and extracting only a touch of vanilla, we use 5-year barrels. Bottled at the estate. We put our wines in reserve to offer them to their best potential.
Degree of alcohol : 14,0 % vol.
Keeping : 2030 to 2035
