Gewurztraminer Veilleur de Nuit 2019 “Manala”

17,50  TTC

Passionate and extrovert night watchman Gewurztraminer

The label depicts Jean-Claude dressed in the costume of the Night Watchman, on the occasion of village festivities in 1994.

Sweet, fruity and powerful wine.

Nose : complex and dense of rose and violet accompanied by notes of honey and pear which testifies to the over maturity. With a soft and balanced personality, the mouth develops a beautiful creaminess and always intense rose. Great persistence on a harmonious finish that makes you want to refill.

Palate : soft, intense and persistent pink on a smooth finish and a beautiful harmony between sugar and acidity.

Muriel’s advice : This Gewurztraminer Night Watch is one of those wines that you look forward to drinking as an aperitif, dessert or any other time of the day, simply for the sensory pleasure it gives. King of the aperitif, accomplice of foie gras, as well as sweets and desserts: pink tiramisu, tarte tatin, strawberry charlotte, fruit tart, raspberry and rose macaroon, pavlova, biscuit or cake. Pure indulgence!
