No additional bedding, bed linen or towels will be provided.
It is not possible to sleep an extra person (including young children).
Only babies are accepted, provided all sleeping equipment is brought and installed by their parents.
Any transgression or non-compliance with these rules will result in immediate cancellation of the reservation, with no possibility of refund.

Our packages are valid for 1 year from the date of purchase and can be used in all seasons subject to prior booking.
If the dates of availability of your room do not suit you, you can choose from the availability of the other room* or exchange* your voucher for our Crémants and Vins d’Alsace.

Article 9: Refund or postponement conditions for guest rooms and VIP packages
Orders/reservations for guest rooms may be cancelled with a refund by the customer, or, depending on the case, the date may be postponed depending on the date of the request. No justification is required to request cancellation or postponement. After a postponement, a refund request will be calculated on the basis of the amount of the order reduced by the non-refundable rate calculated at the end of the successive postponement(s).
In the case of a reservation linked to a pre-paid gift voucher, the previous cancellation and postponement rules apply with the restriction that the postponement may not exceed the initial validity period of the voucher (1 year from the date of purchase of the voucher).
Gift vouchers are non-refundable and valid for 1 year.
It may be exchanged for wine: the amount to be exchanged will be equal to the initial purchase amount of the voucher; this amount may be exchanged for bottles of wine from our estate, at non-discounted prices including any shipping costs.
A gift voucher not used within one year will be permanently lost.
